How to purchase images at NeillPics

Searching

> We have endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing collection of images. Some old images may not appear in the search system, so please go direct to the event gallery if this occurs. As you can see there are numerous categories to browse. You can also enter keywords in the search box to narrow your choices. We have embedded keywords into the image collections to respond to more selected searches. The scope of your search results will be determined by your selection of keywords.

Payment Method

> Various payment options are available including on-line (PayPal or credit card) and payment by post.

Products

> All images are available in prints. Most images are available as digital files to the public (copyright reasons on certain images/ situations). All images are available as digital files for publications and advertising. Please submit a digital image quote request by contacting us - include what purpose you require the image(s) for.

> Select the product type as desired, and click on the continue button to complete the purchase. Once the order is completed you will be able to select your payment method.

The Lightbox

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. This will allow you to return to the images you have selected after you have browsed the website, then you can make a decision on what to purchase. If you do wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, press the remove link on the right side.

Checking Out

> You do NOT to log-in to checkout your order, but please do if you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases, and so that we can review your orders.

> We utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site. This is a trusted bank.

> If you do not want to use our online ordering system, payment can be accepted through another gateway method or by post. For details on postal payment please e-mail us.

My Account

> This page shows your order history and also allows you to download any instant download orders (if available). Digital copies can also be sent by e-mail.

Image Terms

> Some images are available as digital files which you can download. All digital files, whether for web use or print use are "Rights Managed". This means no use of the images can occur without prior permission. When placing a digital order, an agreement will be made as to what the files will be used for - this can be altered at anytime by getting in contact with us.

Web Usage

> When granted these files can be used on one domain only (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com) They can be used on as many web pages within that domain as you desire.

> The image(s) files CANNOT be resold or used for another purpose.

Print Usage (Publications)

> These files are a higher quality for use in printed publications.

> You are granted a licence for a ONE TIME USE - This means that you can use the image for one publication. If you use the image for editorial, you do not have the right to then create a new product such as an advert which uses the same image. This can be agreed at an extra production cost.

> Prices depend on use.
